Kidney Pain

I have started to get Kidney Pain shortly after eating and drinking. Anybody experience this ?

I regularly have soreness or mild pain in my kidney area after eating. I have only had kidney issues for a little over a year and never noticed it before.

So far my eGFR has been stable and my nephrologist wasn’t worried about it. It always makes me concerned though.

It could be your kidney but maybe have your liver or gallbladder checked, pain from eating may originate elsewhere

It's not your kidney. Kidney's on their own do not cause pain unless there is a blockage, a stone, an infection or you have polycystic kidney disease. Especially if you are having issues after eating - Chances it is something else....stomach issues, intestinal, your gallbladder, etc. Your doctor should do some testing to find out where the problem is.
