This is a link to the American Diabetes Association’s 2024 Standards of Care for risk management of CKD. So if you have diabetes either type 1 or 2 your doctor should be following these guidelines. If not then show them this!

Totally agree and I would take it even further that everyone over 21 or maybe 40, at an annual do a renal panel.
