I took 1 antibiotic daily for a couple of years but yes, they stopped eventually

Like I said to you in the other topic, I have no flare-ups if I stick to the IC diet.

I originally got the IC diet from a specialist women's hospital and I have to live on no tea, coffee, alcohol, no artificial additives/colourings (even smoked salmon) and a lot of vegies are contributors to a flare-up.

Mostly live on fresh cooked, bland foods. Although, after some time when the bladder heals, you can risk a food if you really fancy it.
