Does anyone have a knot. come under there right rib and have catches come under there rib and back?

Yes. Very uncomfortable. I try all kinds of stretching and manipulation to get it out.

Yes the pain takes my breath away, I also try stretching different ways. I am stage 4 21% function

Yes, sometimes my enlarged kidneys or liver catch on my ribcage due to my PKD. It is painful when it happens.

hi, I also experience pain under my right rib and goes into my back sometimes. I did go to the doctor, because I also had a tender bump in the center of my bottom sternum but it turns out to be my xiphoid process. I had an abdominal CT scan done, but it showed nothing abnormal. My PC suggested it could be gallbladder related but it has since calmed down. I also think it’s when I’m dehydrated. I actually get a Charlie horse in that area. I think it’s my diaphragm.

I often get cramp there when bending to take off shoes or slippers, it is indeed very painful!! From Organplayer
