Hi Khaag, I am eight months post-transplant, and I have been taking Famotidine (Pepcid) 20 mg since my transplant. My hemoglobins have gone from 9.2 to 13+ as the new kidney settled in. My Hemocrat has gone from 32 to 42.9. I cannot speak to pre-transplant, but I have had no issue with the Pepcid post-transplant. Have you talked to your nephrologist about this?
