Has anyone who has type 2 diabetes had issues taking tamulosin, I have found my sugars have lowered a lot.

A a diabetic, you know your diet, exercise level and medication as well as how to attend to yourself. One may have nothing to do with the other.

Unfortunately community members, even with the same medical issues, are not medically qualified to make this determination. Every person is different and their bodies react to medications differently.

I would ring up your GP or the consultant who treats your diabetes as well as prescribed the tamulosin and discuss your lowered glucose level with them.
