Hi new here , I’ve noticed about 10 days ago blood in my urine should I be concerned

Yes, you should be concerned. This is a community for those with CKD. If you have CKD then contact your nephrologist and explain your concerns. If you don't have a nephrologist then contact either a urologist or your PCP.Best of luck.

Thanks it’s just that I don’t have any other symptoms other than a rash in both my arms ... had blood test about 6 weeks ago which were normal ... would something have happened in between that time apologies for the long questions

Blood in the urine is called hematuria. The results are usually from an infection in the kidneys or the urinary tract. Speak to a urologist or your PCP.

Thnx will be seeing the dr tomorrow... I’m more concerned about my rashes on both my arms so itchy to the extent they bleed .. it may be possible it’s from my kidney ?not to mention several trips to toilet more than I would normally go

The rashes are a symptom, not the cause. A physician is the one to make a diagnosis. We don't diagnose.

I can understand your feelings of disillusionment and concern.

Mr._Kidney is advising you well. ANYTIME you see blood in your urine, or any odd symptoms then it is best to have it checked out by a physician.

If you can track a time line when these symptoms began to appear, I am sure that it will be most appreciated by your doctor.

I would also bring a list of medications and supplements with you as well as note if you have changed laundry detergent etc.

We are happy to support and encourage here, but everyone's body is different so best to have your physician evaluate.
