I AM ON AN INTERMEDIATE FASTING DIET LOST 40#. IS THIS GOOD FOR CKD PATIENTS?

Everything I read says weight loss can improve kidney function for overweight people. If you don't need to lose weight then it probably is not good. Have your doctor monitor your labs to be sure you are not malnourishing yourself or getting too little of protein.
