Yesterday I solved my problem - I need to eat nuts with dried fruit - I have been eating dates and figs. I don't have a problem with potassium but it is still wise not to over do it. I saw dried unsweetened pineapple which is low in potassium - " so I am going nuts over dried pineapple "
