I need a dietitian specialized in Kidneys , i don’t know how to manage my food instake

Your best bet would be to ask your nephrologist. If for some reason that isn't satisfactory try any and all of the Dialysis Centers. They usually have an RD available and may be able to assist you. I was able to find one by going through the yellow pages. Also, the facilitator of the Kidney Smart class run by DaVita was also a big help. If you've never taken that class use the davita.com site to register for the free, 90-minute class in your area. Best of luck.
