Omg I just had contrast dye for agent placement and I have to have contrast dye again in 3 weeks ! I was diagnosed today with CKD 3B, What can I do about the contrast Dye???

There are different types of contrast dyes. Make sure your doctor is aware of the CKD3b. I just had dye given to me and was told that the one they used was not harmful for the kidneys.

Ask them about NAC (N-Acetyl Cysteine) it administred to protect kidneys from dye
