Being that many members of our community have been diagnosed with CKD, I thought it would be a great source of reference.

I learned quite a bit as well.

Would love to see some of the basics of the diet that your doctor gave you.

I know it is lengthy, but a summary of the basics would be great, and I am sure helpful to many people.

Give it some thought.

If anyone is looking to tweak a set diet for CKD this link below will give you a tremendous amount of nutrition information. Each link can be opened and a lot of information on each specific item can be found. If you prefer you can do a quick search for a specific food rather than go through all 8,000 items on the list.
