Hi guys ! These past three days have been quite intense (had to say goodbye to my best friend and I'm back to work) so they have been filled with tears, pain and stress.

I won't lie I have cheated, but I'm back (don't want to ruin these efforts!)

Going to do Cardio Abs with Insanity and the fit test today What's your plan for today?
