This is my first post of my weight loss journey.
Having lost 3 and a half stone but re gaining a stone I am on a mission to get rid of that and an extra 7 pounds!
Today I have porridge oats with blueberries and a vanilla muller light yogurt for breakfast which I love 😋
I gym every night anyway during the week...yes I am a strange person for enjoying the gym 🙈 I do a mixture of high intense cardio and then weights 💪🏼
