Is it really just tonsillitis?

Tonsillitus, continuous headaches, fainting....is it really just a virus?? The GP seems to think so, but for a fit and healthy 39 year old female I feel anything but fit and well and haven't done for many months.

I am wondering if there is something more to this continuous feeling of fatigue. Any ideas welcomed..

Of course it can be the simple answer. What did you want to hear? There's millions of generic viral illnesses and coupled with lifestyles that means we are always moving around, brain active using the Internet we are almost always tired. There's an official diagnosis now - TATT = tired all the time.
