When medication is not right or delayed - antibiotics - all underlying conditions [ including researched disability flare up .Do they still not teach GPs how to research & about disability in medical school.By prioritising the acute all those who could be helped are ignored/neglected .This does not make sense.By prioritising they neglect & ignore vital research?

I know also have weak heart pumping causing the worse oedema now also due to no treatment lipo - lymphedema .Ended up in A&E after prearranged tests & Meetings & was there waiting till 9pm when an elderly man was begging for help saying in agony .

After my cardiac stress test at 12 midday over 2 months ago,, in a North west London hospital where used to live 5 yrs ago , I was especially concerned about oedema, wheezing [ tests clear] worsening mobility & chronic utis causing retention & purple patch on urodynamic test due to no monitoring with Specialist directing or fair hearing with stress test operator [ technician?] .

This was as they had refused to discuss or let me see[ prearranged] the technicians/Dr even in the Dept .This was re portable Reveal device not working that had agreed to see about not showing ,probably prinzmetals angina, as occurs after eating /ingestion daily as wells spasms not showing up on tests .

Over 3 hrs later having to move WAV & mobility scooter [ given £100PCN after arranging with security? ] I was seen by a Triage Nurse [ many refuse to assist when Minor Injuries ] surely same regulations here? Registrar used to block appts by delaying further access.

This one did do via a blood test & chest ex ray but never gave results before 9pm whilst waiting except next morning knowing had tossing in to accommodation in hostel telling me to go back .When I returned they said had to wait so went to see about device again, which did renew, yet 4-5x apps when returned hour later as on site refused to give results & GP to follow up With results more tests yes?

Troponin was eventually mentioned in passing & letter from specialist did mention the recently given rivoroxaban . Am I to presume this will sort this out as cannot pin GP down. And the Head of Outpatients is Complaints on remits that are not the medical so she phoned twice & left in limbo ??!!!!!
