Receptionist - Keeps messing up appointments as well as giving out The WRONG medication proscriptions for clients (I.E proscription that is in NOT in your name) how can you run a Medical Practice like this ? Sorry is not good enough, It is beyond a Joke People can die because some one there is not doing there Job correctly and when you ring the Patient Relations & Complaints Manager
