Hi, it doesn't matter what his nationality is, it's where he pays his taxes that matters. Your son is not contributing to the NHS and does not love here.

Hi I'm having the same problem. I have paid thousands for private MRi on my back to be fobbed off and sent on my way, private consultancy fees to see a top orthopaedic consultant surgeon, acupuncture, homeopathy, reflexology, electro-acupuncture because no one is helping me. I have recently paid to see a physio guy that was recommended by my gp (£50) each time who is really good and thorough but people shouldn't have to keep paying out of their own pockets. He did me a report to take back to my GP and despite the report providing an in depth explanation regarding my back, feet and ankles, I am still no further to getting any treatment on the NHS let alone a referral to neurology or orthopaedics. I have quite a few different things going on with my back and its my coccyx that's causing me the most problems but until someone refers me to were I should have been in 2011 I have no hope at all of ever getting things sorted. I can barely sit, stand or walk some days and its even painful with a coccyx cushion. My arches in my feet have completely collapsed and ive been paying for more acupuncture just for temporary relief. It really is like trying to get a blood out of a stone trying to get anything done about your medical problems. It all boils down to funding and if surgeries/hospitals know that treatment is going to cost too much you've got no chance. Its so wrong because we have paid billions into the healthcare system with tax and NI and this is peoples lives. The NHS has failed me and thousands of others miserably. I really am at my wits end because no one is helping me.
