Ever since I was younger i have had these feelings that I need to stretch my skull and around my eyes. I also feel like I need to sometimes pull my red out of my head. I know this sounds so strange but I honestly don't know what this is and can anyone help me!

Don't quite understand the bit about 'pull my red out of my head'. I understand the rest of it and it is good to stretch using face muscles and head muscles like you do in your body. I do this and we all do when we smile, frown and change facial expressions. You could also be a bit dehydrated or need more outside activity. My head feels like this sometimes and I drink more of high nutrient drinks.
I also do neuro-lymphatic reflex massages taught to me by a practitioner and they help with the skull/eye problems for me. It was a kinesiologist who helped me.
Ifyou do something for 30 days or so you stand a good chance that that something will become a habit.
