I have mild sleep apnea which is not treatable withCPAP or BIPAP. I sleep for 60/90/120 minutes then wake and go to sleep again sometimes soon sometimes not soon. I get no deep sleep so am not refreshed. I eventually get up about midday having been in bed for over 12 hours. Even then I am still very slow and lacking in energy. During the sand evening matters do improve a bit. Would be pleased to her from fellow sufferers.

I have bouts of sleep apnea that can be from gasping for breath to just unbroken sleep which I have sort of learned to live with since 2008 after a very long stay in ICU. I had one test but it did not show anything as I only slept for an hour that night anyway but seem to be waiting an age for the test again.
