Rubbery Toast

Recently I had a short stay in hospital, a moan about rubbery toast was made by some older patients as it is difficult to eat when it is like this. When will the persons in charge of catering realise the solution is simple just stand the toast up like we did in the old days in toast racks. ??????????????

Why don't you drop them an e mail? :-)

Or AGM's are usually in September attend and ask the question ' why not use toast racks' - Chief Ex & Chair will be there so you will get to the top. It will probably be one of the better questions to be asked :)

Thank you for the replies, guess I could send an email, then follow up at the AGM. It's such a small thing but always reminds me of my late husband, that's one gripe he had when he was dying several years ago ugh nothing changes it seems OH and it was fair comment about the toast.
