Terrible pain in lower gut. probably due to constipation. mucus in the anus. nothing much can be done with no medics at w/e. nearest A&E is 40 miles and 40 minuts away approx. What to do? Tough living alone

Hello

If you put your right hand on the right had side of your tummy place the thumb next to your bellybutton and extend your fingers down towards your groin. if you get severe pain call the NHS helpline on 111 and explain your condition. They will take it from there.

Good Luck

BOB

Avoid constipation with drinking T least twelve cups of any fluids day. Regular Parkinson's medications at the right time exercise and in the uk movicol daily. Fruit and veg are good but only with a good fluid intake

You can buy medication to cure it. go to the Chemist or even poundland they sell various preperations, If it is so bad it must have built up over a week or so.

look to your diet. if you live alone you probably have a restricted diet eat lots of fruit and fesh vegtables drink plenty water have porridge for breakfast all simple things you can manage living alone

You may be able to find a pharmacy nearer than A&E. Your pharmacist can help in providing advice that may be able to solve this difficulty
