Cerebral Ataxia (ARSACS)

I've had this for years, but just had specification of ARSACS. (Previously posted, but its very rare) similar to MS I think, but originates in Canada. I would love to hear from anyone with similar diagnosis. I have no balance and walk with a 4 wheeled walker inside but use a wheelchair for outside. I drive an adapted car which takes my wheelchair into the passenger space, then I transfer to drive. This I find invaluable, as I am a widow and would not be able to go out without this.
