Holiday/residential breaks for brain injured male - full physical functioning but severe permanent short-term memory loss. Family to stay

Does anyone know of a facility for my memory-impaired partner to enjoy a few days to a week in a residential setting that can accommodate two members of his family (adults) as well?

My partner has permanent short-term memory loss since ABI in 2006. Fully physically able aged 66 and is under DoLS because of the memory loss. He lives in a care home but is sociable and active and enjoys lots of things. The environment would need to be a secure (lockable) facility in case he wandered out and could not find his way back. Thinking if he woke up at night, while we are asleep and went out and went through wrong doors, etc.

I checked CQC website for providers. Only one is My-Life org in Wirral, Cheshire with holiday flats for up to 3 people. Also know of Calvert Trust in Exmoor which is definitely a locked perimeter and has indoor and outdoor sports. There must be more out there? Can anyone please share some with me?
