Right Mesial Temporal Sclerosis

I had the official recent mri report in the post yesterday and it says I have this sclerosis. Also my right hippocampus is smaller than the left. Has anyone else been told this?

I've read online that this is an early characteristic of Alzheimers so am now worried I may have early onset dementia.

I received a text from my docs this morning to make a routine appt with my doc to discuss a hospital letter, which i find strange. Got a telephone consultation on the 19th August at 6.45pm.
