Does folic acid and vitamin B2 Riboflavin help with peripheral neuropathy

I don't know about B2, but I've read that B12 is very important for nerve tissue. Make friends with Marmite if you haven't already. Marmite soldiers in a dippy egg will give you a shot of B12 and folic acid in a rather delicious combination. Pycnogenol (French maritime pine bark - the genuine stuff) is good at improving blood circulation which is in turn good for nerve tissue.
If you haven't tried pycnogenol already and want to give it a shot, make sure it's the real stuff and not generic 'pine bark' extract. I recommend Healthspan's product, or Piping Rock - but beware of the hefty import tax slammed on it in the UK - or Nature's Best. I'm sure many others are good products too, but I've personal experience taking and can vouch for these three brands.
Damaged nerve tissue takes the longest time to heal, assuming it can; easily two years or more. I hope things improve for you in due course.
