Hi everyone, I am new here, looking for help and advice really. I have peripheral neuropathy and although I am on pregabalin the pain is often unbearable, I do not sleep well and it is dragging me down.
Has anyone tried anything, diet, excecise and found that it helped to relieve the pain?
