Neurological imbalance and Parkinson's

I have two brothers with conditions I'm trying to understand. The older brother is 72 in June and is diagnosed with Neurological Imbalance.

The other brother is 70 in September and has Parkinson's.

Are these conditions similar in some respects and are they inherited?

Also, I have neuralgia problems but want to find out about them first to avoid any confusion.

We live in the U.S. in the state of Georgia

Thanks for any help.
