What does it mean if i get a positive pregnancy test at the GP then the line fades away?

The positive line appeared after about 10 seconds and then disappeared again. What does this mean? GP said to re test again

You may just not have had enough of the pregnancy hormone in your urine at that time for the test to stay positive. Try another test first thing in the morning with your first wee of the day, that's when the hormone is at it's strongest as it's undiluted
