I am 4 weeks pregnant but i am having a such a painful gas pain and i can not go for toilet either. I dont want to take any pill or nothing and i am so scared to loss my baby is anyone got any idea ???

boil some water and let it cool then sip it slowly. always helps me, also peppermint water really good but hard to get a hold of. Hope this helps

Some remedies r fine to use whilst pregnant like fybogel which is an orange drink to help loosen your stool x

i had the same problem.. One night i had a tub or natural yoghurt and i had to go toilet straight away! lots of apple juice could help..

I was the same but when I got to 8 weeks it stopped and was much more comfortable x

Hey, I'm pretty similar, I intend to buy some prunes and drink lots of water. High fibre foods usually help, highest being all-bran type cereal, but could be lots of things, but I couldn't stomach that now. As for the gas, my doc advised trying to figure out what food was causing it but I've been consistently bloated n having on n off gas pain for a few weeks n afraid not sure, i'm hoping time will sort it out. :s
