My advise would be to download a period tracker. These have tools in them that would help towards conception. Such as would tell you the days your wife is fertile. I would also recommend having sex 24-48 hours before your wife ovulates and then throughout the ovulation period. But it is important to not base your sex life around trying for a baby!
