Hi everyone

Just want some advice, so this morning I woke up with a very annoying dry tickly cough. Pharmacist said anything sugar based is safe.

I bought boots own Glycerin & Blackcurrant Linctus (Glycerol, Sucrose) (picture attached)

Is this safe to use?

I’m only 9 weeks pregnant

If the pharmacist knows your pregnant and gave you this I'm sure it's fine, is there not a bit on the back of the bottle saying anything about pregnancy? xx

It says “you can take this medicine if you are pregnant or breastfeeding xx
