Implantation bleeding

Wanting some advice really

So last night I was in the shower, had a sharp pain across my stomach wasn’t just in one area.

Went to the toilet, and when I wiped there was some bleeding, had a pad on overnight and there is a little bit of blood on it. No clotting during this.

Left it over night, spoke to 111 and gp and I have been booked in to see them soon.

Been to the toilet again and now there is no bleeding so it’s confused and worried me,

Could this have been implantation bleeding?

Assessed by gp and gynaecology ward. Baby is fine, it is just implantation bleeding
