Hello, I’m 17 weeks pregnant and working in Sales. I’m an employee and over 2 years with the company. The last 2 month I was struggling to hit my monthly target - also due tiredness and headache. My Manager said I need to hit my target in December otherwise she will put me on a pip (Performance Improvement Plan) for 3 months and if I don’t get to my numbers I will get fired - means just when I would start my maternity leave. Can she do that? Do I have any protection?
