Positive pregnancy test - worried

Took a home test today and it came back positive, I’ve had really bad cramping for the past three week, no bleeding at all, just a little worried as I miscarried last year and terrified it will happen again. Anyone else had cramping while pregnant? Is it anything to worry about? Thanks ☺️

Congratulations! I had constant cramping until about 16 weeks. I was always on edge as I’d had a miscarriage before as well xx

Thanks! Just absolutely hoping nothing goes wrong this time. Also didn’t have implantation bleeding not sure if that makes any difference? Xx

I know what you mean it’s such a worrying time. I didn’t have any implantation bleeding both times and the time it worked I had barely any pregnancy symptoms either xx
