Any advice on severe back pain?

Hi all, I'm 11 weeks pregnant and currently on holiday. I've woken up this morning with severe back pain that has brought me to tears. Any advice or remedies to help relieve the pain?

Hello! Congratulations on your baby! Regarding back pain, for me it helped warm baths and back massages with oils (it's not advisable to use voltarol) it also helped using a pregnancy belt...

If you don't get better when you return go to your gp and ask what they advise, maybe you will have physiotherapy..

You can use paracetamol safely but not much else really. Don't push yourself too much take it easy but don't lie in bed all day either if you can as inactivity can make things worse.

Thank you for your advice! I've been out and about since I've been on holiday and think I've pushed myself too hard! X
