Spotting can happen in early pregnancy but it should always be checked out.
Hi I'm the same the hospital said it can be an implantation are u dark or light blood heavy or light ?
Sometimes it is normal. But it's better to get checked. Doctors will do early internal pregnancy scan if you complain of spoting and pain before 12 weeks.
