Hi guys i have been recently diagnosed with Myositis, i'm only 18 years and i just wanted to know if there's anything that can make life easily.

Hi! Try to exercise a lot, I m sure you are on steroids also very important. Have a good diet, eat early morning always very good before taking medicine. Avoid salt it may get you fatty and get big chicks it reacted to me like that. I have orbital myositis for 2 years ... I had a go to stop medicine after long time but it flair back. I’ve my experience make sure you don t stop taking medicine reduce very slowly and have an hard connection with your doc, good luck
