IBM - Go to gym Monday/Wednesday/Friday - to strengthen back and move limbs - e.g legs on recumbent bike by pushing legs with hands to pedal. Get help to put feet into pedal straps. Use 2kg and 5kg weights to help arm movements and strengthen back

Good for you.. I am having a hard time exercises because of pain in my upper back like it's cramping. By not exercising it's slightly improved. Going to PT next week.
