elbow just popped out
So sorry to hear this happened to you. I've never experienced it. Perhaps someone else can offer more input. Hoping the pain eases up for you, too.
No.I don't but my hub's shoulders pop out and when it happens he pushes on a wall to force it back.Pretty painful.
I'm sorry you have to deal with that.
I'm so sorry this happened to you. Leslie
i’ve had my elbows pop when I have done certain motions and it’s like momentarily painful but I don’t think they popped out… I think a good orthopedic surgeon would love to look at that.. best of luck
I have had my shoulder pop out but that was when I was in my teens, 309Ygi . It was painful back then, and I couldn’t imagine that I could stand the pain today because I am a bigger baby now! Have you seen your doctor about this? I hope so. Be well soon.
oh I cried , I can’t handle pain The body does spasm so hard and twist it pops out my shoulder. It has to do with spasm. My body is flaring up it started messing with my eyes and fatigue. In a hand basket!!
Take a deep breath, 309Ygi , and do try to relax. My spasms affect my left leg and so days I feel as if my knee and ankle could be getting disjointed! But they are not. Can either hot or cold compress alleviate this? Sending you hugs. Be well.
My hip flexors are weak, and occasionally a hip will slip slightly, audibly clicking and very painful. A skilled PT may help with exercises that help with your problem. Once a chiropractor manipulated my leg to reposition the hip, another gave me exercises when my shoulders have the same issue, and most recently another gave me exercises to strengthen the flexors to head off the problem. Both PTs and chiropractors may be able to help you.
Goatgal has the best recommendations to cure this. I believe that is an Orthopedic doctor would recommend.
So sorry you are going throught this 309Ygi . Have you called your dr about this? or went to the hospital? you will most likely need an Orthopedic doctor to take a look. Please keep us updated when you can.
You know when you have a dr who gaslights cause she don’t know a lot about Ms . It put me in a place of fear where I feel I can’t or don’t have a dr to talk to. Think it’s time to see a dr here at home . I have a lot of anxiety issues, especially when it comes around doctors lately. I need close Ms specialist. so I’m looking around and I’m finding a new family doctor. That’s the one and that’s OK sometimes it’s time to move of with I’m walking in faith and I decided a doctor here in this for asking. It’s been a hard damn journey
