I had an intrathechal pain pump placed on 5-2 & didn’t have it turned on until 5-9. Then I needed an increase on 5-14. It’s not working, so I’m asking for another in 2-4 weeks. They really worry about their own butts, then to care of the patient suffering.

BTW- a little of my background, so to speak. I’ve been living in chronic pain since my early 20’s , or that’s when I felt it. I was born w/scoliosis-curvature off to the right.

I agree that they care more about “covering their butts” than how we actually feel. They have no idea. But i understand their actions because too many have abused the drugs. I hate that they don’t get to know us first to understand the amount of pain we’re in constantly and we would never abuse the “system”!
