For anyone with issues who frequently need to go to the toilet, please see the image. Screenshot/save it/create your own, to help keep track of how much goes in and comes out. BSC means 'Bristol Stool Chart', which helps you see what your bowel is going through and helps you fix it accordingly.

It is helpful if you take a measuring jug to the toilet with you to help with accuately recording how much comes out.

Some advice I got from my MS nurse: cut out caffeine, but only do it slowly. Otherwise, you'll get withdrawal symptoms. Don't drink any citrus drinks, and keep away from fizzy pop. Apple juice and water are completely fine. And then there's bowel movement stuff. Incorporate half a teaspoon of rolled flaxseed into 1 meal a day, be it in yoghurt or porridge, and it'll help clear your bowels. Saves on having to make up a laxative

I have a bowel disease. I'm not worried about how much I pee. I'm consumed by the "other side".
