π€£ same here! Thank god I didn't tell people to eff off for their stupid wants when I worked my last job (phone customer service representative for a bank). For example, I remember, on one of my last calls, a woman called in wanting to open a student account and have her husband be a joint account holder! It doesn't work that way! I said to her I could only open in her name only, but I'll be able to move the reward money to her joint account! "Oh no no no, my husband doesn't like having an account in my name only!" And all sorts of hateful barrage. I had to bring a walking manager to my desk, where the woman said, "I am going to be doing my Masters! I'm more learned than you guys!" Sure, bΒ‘tch. I was also listening to the conversation between the woman and the manager, and both of us had to stifle a laughter π€£ Of course we did a complaint for her, and we didn't find out anything more from that because they aren't handled by our side, but I wanted to jump in and tell her, "I've had to drop out if my nursing degree because I have MS and I couldn't be on my feet for 12+ hours anymore! Are you able to tell me what the cerebrum is? What about the cervical, thoracic, or the lumbar region of the body is? How about what TKR, NKA, or even leucoencephalopathy are? You can f*ck right off and go back to your cave!" But no, me and the manager went outside for a breath of fresh air and laughed about her comments π€£
I don't see myself as having mood swings, but I'm a lot less tolerant of poor behavior these days. I'm not confrontational, so I do a lot of walking away and then rant to the dog.
When I am in a sour mood, I just self isolate so that I donβt βinfectβ anyone! Sometimes I just donβt pay attention and let everyone participate in my foul mood! Because, sharing is caring! π
