It is not a topic of this forum but we do have members with other autoimmune diseases on here.You might be able to find a Lupus specific group on health unlocked or other social media such as Facebook
There's at least six lupus communities on HealthUnlocked - put the word "Lupus" into the search box at the top of your screen and select the Communities tab (instead of the "Posts" tab) and they will display.

There's probably also a zillion various Lupus groups on Facebook if you have a Facebook profile - but as with all things to do with Facebook do exercise some caution about the "quality" of advice that people post in groups - there's always a bucket-load of dis- and mis-information posted.
