Love the cartoon! I just had my 6 month Neuro & MD with all good results on tests so I'm good for another 6 months! Hope the same for you!πβ₯οΈ
I have my 6-month neuro tomorrow, but it's really more like 10 months because the last one was rescheduled because I was sick. Guess what? I've spent the last several days hacking my lungs out and only have a few more hours to decide whether it's a sinus infection or something more.
Good luck with the foot doctor!
Temperature? coughing anything up? pain? hard to get air...(old nurses aid)....i still steam. it never hurts to call your doc.he she gets paid good money for this.feel better.
Nope to all. I have an untreated mastoid effusion (long story), so sinus problems are pretty common for me. I'm also a chain smoker. I just get paranoid about Covid these days. I'll be taking a home test here shortly, not that I really trust the accuracy of them.
Mum's an RN, so I always run things past her. π
feel same on those covid tests...sinus here terrible... cozy blanket, furr babies, comfort food? salt water drops....how i live.
And today was a complete waste. They apparently scheduled all of the afternoon appointments for 2 o'clock, so when I got there 15 minutes early there were already 5 people ahead of me. I waited 75 minutes just to get an examining room, then another 1/2 hour before this cute and perky PA informed me that the only reason I'm tired all the time must be because I'm vitamin deficient. Thank God I don't go back for another 6 months.
Hope both appointments go well and have good outcomes. I am supposed to have my Ocrevus infusion on Friday (but it seems like both the infusion center and the health insurance are dragging their feet on the prior approval, so it's possible it will need to be rescheduled - what a hassle - the infusion center is 1 hr 15 mins from home so my significant other takes the day off work and drives me).
i decided to take a short break from docs to clear my head...deductible time. But this is not to say ignore health....trying to get order...all my docs retiring(did i do that to them?) ineuro colon and trying to find a therapist online i can trust. or actually one in person but since covid....a real live face to face almost impossible. ENT on the list.....
Had an emergency dentist appt to fix a chipped crown yesterday (happened Friday evening eating a french fry of all things!). Unfortanetly more work needs to be done as the tooth isn't very stable and its a mollar in the back of mouth. Seems that if it isn't one thing, its something else. And now, the dentist office wants a deposit when you make an appt and the deposit they want is $1,000! Could because my dental benefits don't renew until May 1 unlike everyone else's does on Jan 1. Depending on what the tooth looks like under the crown, a root cannal may need to be done. Here I thought I was slowly getting out of dental hell and I just keep sinking farther in...ugh.
I am having my GP appointment today.
