I like it!
We had little houses that you put the burning hot bulbs in to light them up. They sat on the tree branches.
They were practice houses to burn down before going for the real thing!ππ
Our family dog peed on the tree one year and managed to hit my grandma's present.
He knew how she felt about him. Passive-aggressive, he was.
lots of tinsel on our tree when I was a kid!
Ours too! Was such a pain to clean up after the tree was taken down.
I used to use tinsel until one of my cats ate it. I didn't realize it until it started coming out her rear. When it came out it was clear. I called the vet and he told me to pull the strand out. The cat howled while the vet laughed (over the phone). That was the last time I used it.
ours looked like that also.π
Ours looked like that too! No train at the bottom, and my brother and l would end up in a tinsel fightπ€£ππ€£ππ€ππ
Ours did too! And they smelled so good. π
This was my bday gift!! These newer bubble lights have glitter in them! π₯°
Loved the bubble lights were always cool π€ It was always fun putting up the tree taking turns putting bulbs on and tensile, then putting the top ornament on and light it upπ. Pine needles for the next month hahaha π.
We always had Lionel trains set up around thed tree also.
Tinsel tinsel tinsel it was everywhere
Ours looked like that too!πβ€
Can you believe we had, for one year only, one of those tacky aluminum trees with the tacky rotating multi-colored light. Now they are collector's item and worth a small fortune. Imagine.
We had an artificial tree where it was one stick, and branches that you would stick into it based on the tip color. It looked okay and it was my idea of a Christmas tree, Kenu
