Excellent Free Course on MS

Beginning September 12, the University of Tasmania is offering their free, online course to anyone interested in learning more about MS. If you are newly diagnosed, many of us can highly recommend you enroll. It runs for 12 weeks, takes an hour or two of time at your convenience, and is very helpful. Each session can be accessed for an entire week. It contains accurate, easy to understand information. I've enrolled for a refresher because the course contains new information of sleep disturbance with MS (something that plagues me). Here's the site address: ms.mooc.utas.edu.au (Want family, spouse or caregiver to enroll? Share this with them!)
