Today is day 1 of my Vumerity journey. Yesterday…I realized that I’m peri menopausal…This should be fun. ☺️

Good luck! I hope that it works for you! I'm on the generic Dimethyl Fumarate for Tecfidera. Keep us updated on how it goes, when you can!

Thank you bxrmom! I was heartbroken to leave Tec, but my pharmacy dropped coverage-and dimethyl didn’t offer copay assistance for some reason. I feel like they iced me out but hey… I thaw easily..so😉 Vumerity’s generic is related to dimethyl fumarate, which is good.

***Update***All seems smooth for the intro dosage. No side effects as of day 2. 🥳I’ll give you all an update when I start the maintenance dosage next week. Thank you all for being so caring and supportive 🤗✨🦸🏾

I started on Vumerity last month as my insurance wouldn't pay for Techfidera either. I haven't had any problems with it & didn't really expect to since it's pretty much like Tec. Good luck with it.
