Fatigue is really challenging. When I had it, I just stayed on the couch or in bed! Baby yourself and rest. 🤗

I am so sorry. Be good to yourself! It’s important to listen to our bodies.

I’m sorry you are experiencing so much fatigue luvhair . I end up taking naps on those days and getting nothing done. I hate it too.

It's good to hear from you. I've wondered how you were. The pandemic imposed isolation seems to intensify fatigue because it prevents us from keeping up with familiar routines. For those of us who live alone, I think it's been particularly hard,. Stay connected, keep up with the forum family, read Kenu's daily cartoon, break out of your isolation and perhaps the fatigue will lift a bit.

I’m sorry to hear of your fatigue problems. I hate it too although it sounds like your fatigue is more problematic than mine possibly. My doctor recommended coq10 once for fatigue. Not to fix it of course but to alleviate the effects a little. I have been taking a 100-200mg pill in the morning and carry in my purse 200mg gummies that i take thruout the day (never to exceed 600mg per day, sometimes 700 if the morning pill is only 100mg) for times when i feel im bottoming out. It helps me some I feel. It may be all in my head, but please don’t challenge me on it because it’s working for me! 😀

luvhair …have you talked with your doctors about your overwhelming fatigue? It could be caused by a number of things including your MS but it could be something else. And maybe there is a specific treatment to help. Don’t just try a supplement because someone here said it helps them. Supplements like medications can cause harm. If you take blood pressure meds or blood thinners, for example, Coq10 can cause issues.

some have it so much more as the weather starts changing ...hope you can find someone or something to help you ...it is the pitts for it will get you down and we can do that anyway so try to not let it keep a hold of you ...take a walk around the house several times a day that is what i have to do when it gets to be a rougher than normal day of it...i think it is because when the weather changes we don't want to go out in the rain or what ever for even when it is hot at least later in the day or earlier in the morning we can go for a walk...take care ....
