thanks Leslie, I strive for 3 bottles of water. usually get in 2 or 46 oz. every ounce counts
I also have MS and also drink alot of water because it is the only way to combat the repeat of my kidney stones per my Urologist. I think that it also helps prevent a UTI (because my MS makes it difficult for me to fully empty my bladder) and I'm glad that it helps with MS too.
Water is needed, and good, for general health. 5 or 6 glasses a day.. There's nothing specific to MS about water.
miracle worker for helping so much in our bodies...yayyyay....drink that water ....love and much happiness...
when i have my first sip of ice cold water every day i inevitably say, 'mmm that's good.' maybe my happiness is my body's way of encouraging me to drink more water.😀
I aim for 100 ounces. Take 1/2 your weight in ounces that's how much you should drink
u have to be careful of 2 much water when u have bladder problems u dont want 2 go on urself
